Refunds and Exchanges

We are a small company and all our items are hand cut and sewn per order. we understand that sizing can be difficult online so we will gladly exchange for a different size. Please contact us as soon as you receive it to let me know.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, we do, however, stand behind every single product that we make. If you are not happy with one of our items at the time that you receive it (as long as you do not wear it), you can return it to us for a exchange replacement within 7 business days.

We do not exchange the following:                           
Custom Orders (including special sizing), embroidered items, worn or washed items.

REPAIRS: We will repair anything that appears to have failed under normal use within the first 30 days (such as weak stitching or broken buttons) free of charge.

We do not refund, exchange, or repair the following:  Damage due to normal wear and tear, damage not caused by manufacturer malfunction, discoloration of fabric due to chemical spills, oil or ink pens, damage due to washing your fabric incorrectly with high heat. Putting the coat in the dryer on high heat will not be repaired either.  Please wash in cool temperatures and lay flat to dry.

Please expect 2 weeks for exchanges, and or repairs. Please wash all items before sending them for repair. 

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  You pay the shipping back to us for any necessary product repairs, exchanges or refunds. We will pay for the shipping to send it back to you once repair or exchange is complete.  Your product(s) will be returned via ground UPS shipping with tracking.


International shipping rates apply: We  are more than happy to ship internationally. You will be responsible for any customs taxes or import fees (if any).  We ship within a few business days after your payment is made, but international shipping can at times take longer than we would like. You are welcome to contact us at any time throughout the purchase, shipping or post receipt of your item.
